We are seeking for a Website content Products to complete the content for over 3.000 products on our website and across various other software. This role will work closely with the Marketing specialist, operations manager and director of the company.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Create, review and/or update content for products and other pages on our website using Shopify and our inventory system Retail Express.
- Effective written material is provided for print, website, socials, video, audio
- Support the marketing team as necessary to understand context and scope, and assist with other content projects where necessary.
- Support the operations manager with issues related to the website
- Communicate with our internal team to ensure conformity in the content, as well as, use rules of grammar, style and format, right specs as per the product, accuracy, and legality.
- Sometimes attending website ticket replies

Skills Required:

- Tertiary qualification or current student within a relevant field.
- Excellent Knowledge of Shopify, graphic design software
- Excellent English grammar to produce the content required
- Reliable

We are a small team that services commercial and hobby customers with equipment and supplies used in winemaking, craft brewing, curing meats (salami, sausage, etc), food processing, and preserving. Our offer Benefits are:

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
