Dynamic Business Growth Manager

About This Role
This is a dynamic and evolving position within Information Governance, where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the forefront.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team in delivering business uplift initiatives, embedding with business areas to solve complex problems, improve information governance, and ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate Agile delivery across a prioritized backlog, ensuring outcomes are achieved each quarter.
B Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning priorities and embedding change into Business As Usual.
Support the team through Agile ceremonies, quarterly planning, and continuous improvement.
Enable teams to uplift information governance practices, improve quality, metadata, and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years' experience in leadership roles, ideally in government or large-scale organizations.
Strong background in organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience uplifting information governance practices.
Agile delivery expertise (Scrum Master certification desirable).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
