Based at our head office and reporting to the **Project Manager**, this individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Dealer Solution project team.
The core responsibilities of this position will be to coordinate and conduct key IDS Project support activities in collaboration with the Project Leads to successfully deliver the project and achieve the targeted financial and non-financial benefits.
**About You**:
- Previous experience working within a project team successfully delivering complex projects
- Exposure to heavy industry technology and ERP implementations - highly desirable
- Experience planning and coordinating schedules, budgets, and producing quality project documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Solid time management skills with the ability to manage a fluctuating workload and meet set deadline
