**About the Role**

This opportunity will assist the Community Manager in the provision of administration services to the residents and guests and support the efficient operation of reception.

**This is a Part-Time opportunity, approximately 17 to 24 hours per week.**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing reception and front of house
- Take payments when necessary.
- Assist guests & residents with all questions and reasonable requests.
- Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Register any issues in terms of cleaning, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
- Conduct site tours, if necessary, with prospective residents
- Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.
- Attend to general receptionist duties including filing.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure the site remains clean and tidy.
- Lock up facilities including but not limited to office, units, common areas and gates.
- Attend to matters including but not limited to noise complaints, maintenance requests, repairs to public area facilities, etc.
- Carry out routine walk around, and perimeter checks to ensure all residents are abiding by site rules.
- Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all team members, always following correct reporting lines.
- Show absolute care and empathy towards the needs of our customers, communicate with genuine care and engage in positive relationships while maintaining professional conduct.

**About You**
- Previous reception and administration experience is essential
- Previous Strong computer literacy skills
- Planning and organisational abilities
- Confident in decision making and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive team player.
- Well-presented, confident, and proficient at dealing with people.
