Reception Services Coordinator

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception services. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of our office, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, including maintenance, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed
  • Assist staff with administrative tasks, such as word processing, mailouts, and data entry
  • Coordinate boardroom and meeting room bookings, refreshments, and catering deliveries
  • Maintain meeting rooms, kitchen, and coffee machine to ensure a clean and tidy environment
  • Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and conduct regular stock takes
  • Provide backup support to the Office Support Assistant during their leave
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a professional services environment is preferred
  • PC literate, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent telephone manner, well presented, and strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, with flexibility and reliability
