We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the role of Senior Project Officer Investment and Reporting. This position plays a pivotal role in streamlining funding allocation and reporting processes for key delivery partners, while ensuring that governance and accountability requirements are maintained for Victoria's largest ongoing waterway restoration program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance funding allocation and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver tangible outcomes for Victoria's waterways.
  • Work closely with external IT vendors to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel (pivot tables and charting standards).
  • Desirable: Experience with IT contract management and systems configuration, exposure to grants management processes, and an understanding of Victoria's water management framework.
