**Job Title**: Merchandiser

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Merchandising**:

- Define and support the seasonal merchandise range plan
- Execute buying strategies and ensure the product mix aligns with the Open-to-Buy (OTB).
- Monitor seasonal delivery schedules with HQ to ensure products arrive on time.
- Manage store clustering, country-by-store allocations, and inventory balance across the region.
- Prepare and analyse sales performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve KPIs.
- Strategise stock preparations for seasonal sales, discounts, and special promotional events.
- Provide seasonal product feedback during the buying season and conduct competitor research for HQ reviews.
- Deliver product training to the sales team on product knowledge, styling, and fashion trends.
- Collaborate across departments for special marketing events and store openings.

**Planning & Forecasting**:

- Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales and inventory reports.
- Implement pre, post, and in-season planning schedules and conduct review meetings.
- Analyse historical data, store reports, and feedback to support accurate projections and category planning.
- Continuously review sales performance and retail pricing to ensure strategic execution.
- Oversee OTB processes, inventory forecasts, and store performance analysis.
- Identify commercial opportunities through data-driven analysis and propose plans to increase profitability.
- Develop markdown management processes, budgeting, and promotional plans for underperforming categories.

**Logistics Management**:

- Prioritise deliveries to ensure an efficient supply chain between the warehouse and stores.
- Recommend adjustments to stock allocations to maintain optimal stock levels.

**Inventory Management**:

- Manage the creation of product records, codes, and SKUs.
- Oversee weekly stock replenishment and allocation to stores, ensuring stock consolidations are optimised for store performance.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in retail merchandising.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Retail Express is beneficial.
