An exciting role has become available for a Merchandise Planner to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Budgets & monthly re-forecasts_**
- Assist the Senior Merchandise Planner in re-forecasting as required with commentary on identified opportunities/risks and proposed action plans
- Ensure all re-forecasts are supported by all key stakeholders

**_Analysis and reporting_**
- Help prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
- Review sales at style and category level identifying opportunities and risks, making recommendations to maximise and mitigate
- Complete monthly post seasonal reviews in line with critical path
- Perform ad hoc reporting as required by the business and across different business units

**_Range & option planning_**
- Support the Senior Merchandise Planner to build a balanced option plan to deliver brand strategy, considering the 2 key markets
- Responsible for managing and forecasting core lines based on sales trends

**_Markdown management_**
- Help to maintain Clear As You Go Strategy to keep stock efficient
- Help to plan permanent markdowns to achieve Sales & Gross Profit budgets, preparing informed markdowns with visibility on Gross Profit impacts
- Preview markdown with teams, reflect in merch plans and monitor performance closely

**_Stock management_**
- Support the Senior Merchandise Planner in ensuring the optimal category mix is maintained in each of the two key markets
- Assist in the quantification of volume, fashion and repeat buys
- Quantify orders and size curves for key events to ensure growth and manage any risk
- Ensure size curve accuracy and update size curves at minimum of quarterly
- Monitor the aged inventory position and keep this within ideal business parameters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years in experience in a Merchandise Planning role
- Experience in Ecommerce is essential
- Experience within a fashion retailer is preferred
- Advanced excel skills
- Experience with Style Arcade is an advantage
- Strong collaboration and teamwork focus
- Aptitude for numbers and an outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
