We are seeking an accomplished Visual Merchandise Leader to spearhead our pre-season and in-season merchandise planning. This includes creating sales forecasts, managing inventory levels, and optimizing margins and markdowns.

The ideal candidate will be able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to align on commercial goals and support new store openings by developing effective assortment plans, allocating stock, and tracking performance metrics.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong experience in merchandise planning, coupled with analytical strength and commercial acumen.

You should also possess leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive merchandise plans, incorporating sales forecasts, inventory management, margin optimization, and markdown strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish commercial objectives and develop effective strategies to achieve them
  • Support the launch of new stores by designing tailored assortment plans, allocating resources, and monitoring performance indicators
  • Mentor and coach junior planners to ensure their growth and development within the team
