**Advice Member Experience -Superannuation**

- Provides general advice to Mercer Super Trust and standalone client fund members, by exploring members' needs and circumstances.
- Refers members to the Advice teams as appropriate.

**We will count on you to**:

- Triage intra-fund opportunities to members of superannuation funds administered by Mercer within 2 days of receiving referral;
- Have broad conversations, which identify member's financial needs.
- Meet members advice needs for their superannuation through the provision of General Advice or;
- Book them for a meeting with a Helpline Adviser. or
- Refer members to comprehensive advice teams have their needs outside their superannuation met
- Ensure all interactions with members are within the MFA compliance framework.

**What you need to have**:

- Phone based experience preferable
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Relevant financial advice competency with appropriate technical proficiency including the full suite of financial advice services (savings, investments, superannuation, share, debt management, estate planning, and wealth protection).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with various types of people and clients
- Sales and target focused mindset
- Must meet 20 hours Continuing Professional Development each year.
