About the Role

We are seeking a Fundraising Experience Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all interactions with supporters are warm, professional, and impactful.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our fundraisers and donors, providing proactive stewardship and support to a portfolio of fundraisers. You will also help deliver exceptional fundraising journeys through personalised supporter engagement and assist with the processing of donations and issuing receipts in line with policy and compliance requirements.

You will work closely with our fundraising experience team and stakeholders across various disciplines to provide a consistently effective and positive experience to key fundraising audiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple fundraising streams and learn from experienced fundraising professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, LiveChat, social media) to supporters, fundraisers, and the public.
  • Provide proactive, outbound stewardship and support to a portfolio of fundraisers, including participants in the World's Greatest Shave.
  • Help deliver exceptional fundraising journeys through personalised supporter engagement.
  • Attend and support fundraising events or community activities as required.
  • Assist with the processing of donations and issuing receipts in line with policy and compliance requirements.
  • Support the accurate and timely administration of supporter data using CRM systems.
