- Handle all aspects of group reservations from initial inquiry to booking confirmation, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and events teams to understand group requirements and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments such as Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure smooth execution of group stays.
- Maintain detailed records of group reservations, including room blocks, special requests, and billing information.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to group bookings, providing exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on hotel facilities, services, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to group clients.

**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems, property management systems (Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
