Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Oversee the scheduling, dispatching, and assignment of plumbing jobs to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects.
Inventory Control:
Manage inventory control of plumbing supplies and equipment, ensuring availability of necessary materials while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Health and Safety:
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all plumbing staff and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiations:
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and services.
Team Development:
Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for plumbing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in the latest plumbing techniques and technologies.
Process Improvement:
Perform periodic evaluations of plumbing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation, driving efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
