**Your new role**
You will be reporting to the Content Governance Manager and supported by an outstanding team of professionals as part of the Member Communications group within Member Experience. With the Content Governance function having recently been established, you'll be joining at an exciting time where you will have a genuine opportunity to help shape the function from the ground up.
**Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to;**
- Researching and evaluating current related documents, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to assess comprehension levels and understand audience needs
- Working with the Business Analyst to interpret and translate complex technical information
- Developing a database of reference materials and supporting documentation
- Supporting the change management process with tutorials, presentation materials and user guidelines
- Delivering high-quality detailed content, the reflects business needs and is easy to understand
- Proof reading and editing of documentation
**What you'll need**
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Writer - ideally from a policy background
- Research skills
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- High-level communications skills with the ability to produce quality written documentation
- Time-management, planning and prioritisation skills
- The ability to review and simplify complex technical information to make it accessible for all audiences
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Policy, Research etc. and/or substantial relevant professional experience
