**Job Description**:
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for optimising workforce management systems?

This is a unique role as we are seeking a skilled & experienced Payroll / Kronos Specialist to join our dynamic team and help streamline our processes. You will have Payroll (and ideally some HR knowledge) assisting the Payroll/HR Operations Manager with the ongoing build and maintenance of UKG Ready (Kronos).

You will be working within the HR team but closely with the Payroll team, reporting to the Payroll/HR Operations Manager.

**What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like**
- Assisting with the ongoing build of the HRIS & T&A system
- Provide training and support to team members and managers on how to effectively use the Kronos system including time tracking and scheduling
- Assist with troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy for seamless payroll processing and stakeholder reporting
- Analyse data and assist with generating insightful reports/graphs that assist in decision-making processes
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to optimise efficiency
- Ongoing audits of pay rates, contract interpretations
- User profile management
- Standardising user manuals
- Customise Kronos system settings to align with company policies & compliances requirements

**Qualifications**:

- UKG Workforce Ready experience
- Experience or understanding of Payroll
- Understanding of HR (not essential)
- Proven experience as a Kronos Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of workforce management systems
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate excel skills
- Solid knowledge of timekeeping & scheduling with an understanding of how they flow and integrate
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports
- Quick learner & thinker
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
