Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and be part of a complex multinational payroll environment.
About the Role:- This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and technical skills to manage the accurate and timely processing of wages and salaries in accordance with statutory legislation, industrial agreements, company policies, and procedures.
- You will provide punctual reporting to HR and Finance functions regarding workers' compensation, expat/inpat payments, leave provisions, and labor costings.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Australian and New Zealand wages and salaries.
- Provide regular reporting to HR and Finance functions.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance to industrial instruments.
- Deliver complete end-to-end payroll process.
- Experience working in a complex multinational payroll environment.
- Understanding of payroll systems, including SAP Successfactors and Kronos Time and Attendance system.
- High attention to detail in own work and as a checker/auditor.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Sound level of super, tax, and payroll legislative knowledge.
- Demonstrated analytical and strong Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
