Kronos Rostering Systems Specialist role - at the heart of our Payroll systems evolution

Eligible for 'not for profit' salary packaging - up to $15,900 a year

Opportunity:
As our new Kronos Rostering Systems Specialist, initially on a 24-month fixed term contract, you'll play a key part in implementing, managing and maintaining our time and attendance Rostering system, to ensure that RSL Life Care is compliant with EBA and Award rules and aligned with our iChris Payroll system.

You will also:
- Work across our organisation, to determine correct use of our rostering, time and attendance system in compliance to Awards, the EBA and in alignment to iChris.- Provide guidance and coaching for Super Users and end users, on correct use of our rostering, time and attendance system.- Work with IT and the vendor on updates/ upgrades, including build, test and to obtain approval on system changes and support implementation.- Manage the rostering system support inbox and if necessary, work with external vendors, to respond to queries and escalate questions to the most appropriate parties.- Work with Super Users to identify FAQs, create knowledge base articles and share these with users.

We need you to have to succeed:
- This role will suit an expert in Kronos Systems administration, implementation and configuration. You may have worked for a top tier time and attendance systems' vendor; i.e. Kronos, EmpLive, Time Target etc.- Solid understanding of the end-to-end Payroll process.- Strong understanding of legislative requirements, awards & EBAs.We can offer you:
