**The purpose of this role is to**:

- Create memorable experiences for our customers
- Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service
- Educate our customers about 'what's on' at the club, product offerings and membership rewards
- Provide leadership, direction and support to front-of-house operational teams to ensure high levels of customer service are being achieved
- Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to employees on their performance, including managing performance concerns
- Monitor and respond to service levels, received goods, response times, service quality, food production, cleanliness - and assist as appropriate
- Coordinate the team on shift including task allocation, organising breaks and arranging coverage in all areas
- Problem solve and implement solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Support training and onboarding of new starters
- Implement and champion change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation
- Embrace the Club's Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
- Comply with the Club's policies and procedures (e.g. RSA/RCG, safe food handling, hygiene standards)
- Project work from time to time

- You will be the driving force for a pro-active customer service style, building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- A successful leader that can work independently within a complex environment, communicate at the highest level including having difficult conversations with customers and team members
- Demonstrate initiative, and be solution focused, positive, flexible and responsive no matter what situation arises.
- You demonstrate confidence to work independently and think on your feet to resolve issues and manage tricky situations.
- Possess a willingness and ability to get involved in different projects and events.
- Have a passion to learn a variety of skills across multiple areas - skills that will benefit you throughout your leadership career
- Hold current RSA and RCG qualifications
- Be available across the operating hours of the Club
