
Customer Service Coordinator

**About the role**
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery - order to cash process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order history in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer retention strategies, driving growth and revenue for the business.
- Proactively engage with other functional teams to identify & implement improvements to the customer and supplier experience
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
**About you**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the order to cash process.
- Extensive knowledge in customer service-based roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
- Familiarity with supply chain, logistics and warehousing operations is beneficial but not necessary.
