Business Risk Management Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical individual to join our team as a Business Risk Manager.

This role is critical in developing sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and elevating our risk management procedures to the next level.

As a Business Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks, designing, implementing, and testing controls, developing and testing key procedures, creating and reviewing key risk indicators, registering risk events, managing, and delivering risk incident reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks.
  2. Design and test controls to mitigate potential risks.
  3. Develop and test key procedures to ensure effective risk management.
  4. Create and review key risk indicators to monitor risk exposure.
  5. Register risk events, manage, and deliver risk incident reports.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of risk management principles, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

A degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred.

Candidates must have experience in risk management, preferably in a similar role.

Familiarity with operational risk frameworks and compliance regulations is essential.
