**Job Description**:
AECOM currently have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Bids & Proposals Partner, based out of out Sydney office.

Reporting to the Strategic Pursuits Manager, the Bids & Proposals Partner is responsible for maintaining efficient and high calibre support for marketing and business development activities for the Energy Team; driving proposals and managing bid processes, including developing an understanding of the business development needs and the opportunity pipeline.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:
+ Prepare for and produce high level bid submissions for high value and strategic opportunities as identified by the NAC Energy Leadership team, End Market equivalents and the Strategic Pursuits Manager - NAC

+ Support end-phase capture planning activities to turn client insights into a robust bid production and messaging plan

+ Participate in Go/No Go meetings

+ Work in alignment with with AECOM brand guidelines, AECOM's Work Winning process and the ANZ proposal template to meet client requirements

+ Coordinate inputs for technical components

+ Write non-technical components

+ Develop and edit graphics in PPT

+ Review and edit proposals for compliance and client focus

+ Advise and train local, self-managed tender teams (e.g., advising on or providing training courses on how to manage bids, how to structure a response document, how to use the available support tools, how to answer a question, where to find standard information etc)

+ Submit bids to clients

+ File non-commercial content, corporate information, project sheets and CVs in libraries post-submission

+ In conjunction with the marketing team, develop marketing collateral (skill sheets, project data sheets and CVs etc) in line with corporate guidelines

+ Support other NAC business line bidding activities if required by the Strategic Pursuits Manager - NAC.

**Qualifications**:
+ Degree level qualification in Marketing or similar

+ Previous experience in a Bid Management role
