**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced **Team Leader** that is fun, genuine, and passionate about great food and great customer service.

About the role:

- You will be the welcoming friendly face to our restaurant
- You will provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinate restaurant bookings and functions
- Be the essential communication link between the kitchen, front of house team and customers
- Responding appropriately to customer feedback and enquiries

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

- A friendly, energetic, and upbeat personality
- Experience leading and mentoring a team in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable nature as split shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays will be required
- Current RSA & RCG certificates
