**You'll contribute to**:

- Assisting with strategic sourcing and ongoing management of vendors and contract advice
- Research and prepare submissions, reports, briefing materials and correspondence to provide expert analysis and advice to management and key stakeholders
- Providing impartial and forthright advice, establish clear plans and timeframes for project implementation and lead the implementation of procurement sourcing and contract management strategies.

**A bit about you**:

- Ability to present messages in a clear and concise manner using developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate persuasively with stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an end-to-end procurement role, which included overseeing tender activities
- Qualifications in a purchasing/procurement discipline is highly desirable
- Proven organisational ability including detailed planning and ability to meet deadlines and commitments
- Knowledge of public sector procurement policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines.
