In the role of Advisor (Procurement & Finance) you will support PPI Division through the provision of procurement services, advice and support to the PPI Finance team, undertaking financial related activities. Working as part of the team responsible for procurement, financial operations, asset management and budget management, the role will ensure compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies, and procedures.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**: - Undertake and support end to end procurement activities including planning, tender management, evaluation and supplier negotiation, preparing contractual documentation, particularly within the Fieldglass system. Provide timely, accurate and consistent procurement advice to clients and suppliers on procurement processes and practices as they relate to and are affected by legislation and TMR policies, procedures, delegations and guidelines. Provide procurement system support to internal clients relating to SAP requisitions, purchase orders, FieldGlass and spend reporting. Deliver a range of finance activities to support the day-to-day financial operations of the PPI finance team including but not limited to internal branch reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journals and accruals as directed by the Manager (Finance, Procurement and Facilities). Provide a high level of customer service and responsiveness to internal and external clients, actively developing and maintaining networks and stakeholder relationships. Actively contribute to collaborative team operation and continuous improvement
