**Your Empowering Contribution**

You will see yourself playing a vital role in increasing our brand recognition, recall and driving sales. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing and Merchandise, you will have the opportunity to:

- Be a part of the ideation and creation of the marketing plan that underpins the marketing strategy.
- Be an important part of our community initiatives with stores in local markets (fundraising and promoting awareness of causes).
- Identify innovative solutions to market Prices Plus on new platforms and in new ways.
- Liaise with stores to leverage marketing activations in store to drive sales and engagement.
- Work with our in-house Graphic Designer to create and promote our suite of in-house product brands.
- Be an integral part of the preparation and execution of a new website build and implementation of a marketing automation platform.
- Manage the preparation and packaging of marketing packs for stores to support marketing campaigns.

**Your Expertise and Potential**

To shine in this role, you'll need:

- A relevant Marketing, Business or related field, tertiary or vocational qualification.
- Basic ability to analyse results and data.
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude for quickly adapting to new systems and a tech-savvy profile.
- Strong prioritisation skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Strong relationship builder profile with the ability to connect easily with people and gather people along their ideas.
- An agile and flexible attitude with balanced emotional intelligence skills.
- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box bringing different solutions to problems or challenges.
- Related job or internship experience.
- Experience in digital marketing (an advantage).
- Experience in a basic design system such as Canva (an advantage).
- Proven ability to create compelling content, including blog posts, product descriptions, social media content, and internal communications (an advantage).
