Marketing Assistant – Bec Stewart Brand Suite

Casual role - 2 days per week (with opportunity to grow)

Location: Gold Coast (hybrid role)

We're looking for a creative, motivated, and highly organised 
Marketing Assistant
 to join the Bec Stewart brand suite - managing 
the In Her Power Podcast,
supporting  
The Habit Tracker brand
and
working alongside Bec for the
Bec Stewart personal brand.

This is a dynamic role for someone who's passionate about marketing, content, and helping bring ideas to life. You'll work closely with Bec to support the execution of marketing strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity, and growth across the brand suite.

This role will start as 
2 days per week
, with plenty of room to grow as the brands continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Generate fresh, creative content ideas aligned with brand voice and trends.
  • Manage and monitor social media channels, including community engagement (comments, DMs, responding to the community).
  • Content creation for both paid and organic media.
  • Must have up-to-date knowledge of emerging social media trends.

Editing & Creative

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut or similar.
  • Edit audio for the In Her Power podcast (including trimming, mixing, and preparing for upload).
  • Create graphics and visual assets in
    Canva (e.g., social media graphics, promotional materials, event collateral).

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist with content planning and scheduling (weekly/monthly calendars).
  • Write and proof engaging copy for captions, blogs, emails (EDMs), and other marketing materials.
  • Support in writing and sending email campaigns via platforms like Flodesk/Klaviyo/Mailchimp (experience highly regarded).
  • Conduct trend, competitor, and market research to inform strategy.

Business Operations & Events

  • Customer support for The Habit Tracker (when required).
  • Provide general marketing and admin support across all brand projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 
    Gold Coast-based
     (or willing to travel regularly).
  • Own driver's license and vehicle.
  • Background in marketing, social media, or creative role.
  • Proven skills in 
    video editing
     (CapCut or equivalent).
  • Proven skills in 
    audio editing
     (basic podcast editing knowledge essential).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across multiple brands.
  • Experience with 
    Canva
     for graphic design.
  • Basic knowledge of 
    Shopify
     for order processing and website management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A strong eye for detail, creativity, and alignment with the brand aesthetic.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and must be comfortable with contributing ideas.
