**Summary**:
The Marketing Assistant role is responsible for assisting to deliver the successful implementation of marketing projects to all partners and the sales team. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, oversee the successful and timely completion of all sales and marketing tactics. Projects include, but are not limited to: print marketing, digital marketing, webinars, training presentations, and image and video requests. The Marketing Assistant will stay up to date on department objectives and clearly articulate to key stakeholders. You will work closely with the Partnership Director and Head of Sales to assist Collette in achieving the company sales and marketing vision and targets. **Primary Functions**:

- Provide invaluable support to the marketing manager by assisting with daily marketing tasks and operations.
- Coordinate and execute diverse marketing activities, encompassing direct marketing, digital marketing, traditional advertising, media relations, social media, events, brochure production, proofreading, and sub-editing.
- Updating (and helping to create) product brochures and other documents.
- Supporting the sales teams with their essential toolkits (PowerPoint presentations, Word docs, flyers, social tiles etc.)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders both in Australia and USA head office.
- Organise events from consumer to travel agent expos large and small.
- Help coordinate POS stands, research venues in different states, create invites, collateral needed, create presentations, audiovisual and collateral needed.
- Basic graphic design skills to create digital and social media assets using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
- Admin support where needed such as database management, invoice payments.
- Track and report on marketing spend and campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research and report on findings.
- Interstate travel may be required.
- Demonstrated experience with qualifications and/or an equivalent level of expertise.
- 3-4 years of generalist marketing experience.
- A good sense of humour, calm demeanour, organisational skills, and motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a small team and be equally effective working independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Showcase your social media samples and graphic design skills.
- Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks on-time (or ahead of schedule).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Drive for high performance and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and ability to learn new systems.
- Understanding of the travel industry would be highly regarded.
- Ability to work some early mornings to connect with our USA marketing team.
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen).
