**The position**

In your role as Marketing Assistant, you will conceptualise, develop and execute marketing functions to promote our various venues across south-east Queensland. In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting with the development and execution of marketing, promotions and events across the company and its venues
- Assisting with promotional events and activations across all brands
- Planning, managing, and executing social media scheduling, using online platforms
- Copywriting marketing collateral including flyers, posters, websites
- Designing and create imagery using for use across all social media platforms
- Use tools to analyse data and segment new customers
- Ensure outstanding online reputation management and a memorable guest experience

**About you**

Energy and enthusiasm, a positive attitude, a solid work ethic and superb attention to detail are some of the things we're looking for in YOU. To be successful in this position you will have:

- Previous experience within a similar role is desirable however not essential
- A creative out of the box mindset with problem solving capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualification in Marketing or similar field is desirable
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- High level of customer service, a friendly and approachable personality
- Strong teamwork ethic, with a hands on approach to completing tasks
- Ability to work within the management team and independently as required
- Experience using Canva, Wordpress, Myguestlist and Adobe suite is highly advantageous
