We have an exceptional opportunity in our Continuous Improvement Team within the Quality and Safeguarding Department to shape the future of TSA's approach to continuous improvement and drive continuous improvement across TSA's diverse services.

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Continuous Quality Improvement (CI) Consultant for a permanent position.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Continuous Improvement, the CI Consultant will work with senior management and EPSM to develop and implement some foundational components of the national quality management framework and drive a portfolio of measurable quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives across TSA.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Quality and Continuous Improvement: Develop, implement and sustain the continuous improvement framework and methodology and drive continuous improvement through guidance, support or leading improvement initiatives.
- Incidents and Complaints: Provide advice, training and support on the policy, processes, tools and templates to manage feedback, complaints and incidents.
- Advisory: Act as a consultative resource to provide CI advice for senior management.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in a quality role
- Understanding of clinical practice or clinical review of accidents/incidents
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading projects
- Experience in collaborating with senior managers at all levels
- Knowledge of project management for development and implementation
- An understanding of Lean and/or Six Sigma
- Superior verbal communication and written skills to prepare reports, presentations, communications and training content
