**The Impact You'll Make;**

- Implement and maintain the Offsite Quality Management System, including branch operations and supplier inputs
- Oversee quality systems and audit processes, managing internal and external investigations of non-conforming products or processes
- Address quality concerns via the Customer Complaints system, communicating findings with key stakeholders
- Work closely with Offsite Engineering and Marketing to uphold consistent quality standards
- Oversee quality assurance contracts with key partners
- Identify, lead, and assess continuous improvement (CI) opportunities in line with business strategy to enhance productivity and engagement
- Lead CI projects to drive measurable performance improvements, guiding teams toward Operational Excellence
- Mentor team members in new processes, support end-of-life equipment strategies, and assist in new procurement

**About You;**
- Demonstrated experience managing change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience conducting internal and supplier audits, managing technical relationships, and training/coaching stakeholders
- Knowledge of quality systems management (ISO 9001 or ISO 10001) and Codemark certification (optional)
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or a quality management-related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in a quality management role within a manufacturing or product environment (preferred)
