**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Fleet Administrator to join our Head Office in Ingleburn.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage and update data in the fleet management system
- Maintain vehicle compliance reports, where required
- Ensure vehicles have current registrations
- Ordering of fuel cards and e-tags
- Follow up on insurance incidents
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure vehicles are maintained
- Prepare vehicle kits
- Adhoc reporting and administration duties
- Support Fleet staff

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Aptitude in decision making and understanding numbers
- Strong Microsoft word and Excel knowledge and accuracy
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work autonomously or as a member of a team
- Experience in collecting and analysing data
