**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a Funded Programs Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Moorabbin.

As the Funded Programs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding NDIS participants and provide support in managing their care plans. You'll provide personalized support during sign-ups, handle quotes and budgets, and oversee the administrative processes to ensure a seamless experience for clients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage client referrals, ensuring a seamless end-to-end sign-up experience.
- Complete care plan reviews and ensure documentation meets audit standards.
- Prepare and manage quotes, budgets, and funding confirmations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, families, and internal teams to address queries and feedback.
- Monitor NDIS plans, manage expirations, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong numeracy skills for quotes and budgeting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - a true "people person."
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to confidentiality and quality service.

**Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Sound understanding of NDIS processes and client requirements (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
