CHSP Funding Coordinator Job Opportunity

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for disability support and aged care? We are seeking a skilled CHSP Funding Coordinator to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a registered NDIS provider who prioritizes high-quality support, upholds human rights, and empowers individuals to live the life they choose.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in grant funding and service provision within the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
  • Knowledge of My Aged Care registration and service delivery processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, families, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.

The CHSP Funding Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Investigating and applying for additional grant opportunities within the disability and aged care sectors.
  • Coordinating the provision of home maintenance services to assist clients in maintaining their independence, safety, accessibility, and health and well-being.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely financial recordings, including performance reports, tax invoices, and compliance documents.
  • Collating and reporting on wellness and reablement reports by applicable due dates.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Must have or be able to gain as soon as possible:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Police Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Worker Orientation Module.
  • Worker NDIS Induction Module.
