We're a close-knit Talent Acquisition team, reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition. We are a culturally diverse team with great banter and even better food. We catch up regularly over morning tea (everyone brings a plate), go out for lunch to celebrate birthdays, and support each other through the fast pace of recruitment life.

As brand ambassadors, you'll often find us filming a TikTok or sharing our story online, so don't be surprised if you're roped in for a cameo. And in case you hadn't guessed, **P&C are the culture champions** around here.
- Here's what you'll be doing:

- Owning your own portfolio of early learning services and acting as a trusted recruitment partner to our Service Managers. Working closely to understand their workforce needs and plan proactively.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising, coordinating interviews, reference checks, compliance, negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Using our ATS (PageUp experience = big tick) to drive process, accuracy, and efficiency.
