**Talent Acquisition & Volunteer Insights Advisor**

**Fixed Term Part Time 12 month**

**About the role**

Are you an experienced Talent Advisor who is after something different but at the same time after a job that will suit you and your family? Churches of Christ is after you who got the knowledge in the talent acquisition team, but also after something different from the usual role which will see you working closely to the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Volunteer Engagement & Recruitment_**
- Develop and implement volunteer attraction strategies across aged care and community programs
- Build relationships with local churches, community groups and partner organisations
- Manage onboarding and support processes for volunteers
- Collaborate with program leaders to forecast volunteers needs and improve retention

**_ Talent Insights & Data Support_**
- Assist the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting
- Provide insights into volunteer and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions
- Support the development of dashboards and tools to track recruitment and engagement metrics
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition

**Do you have what it takes**:

- Essential:_
- Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools (excel, power BI, etc)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
