**About the Opportunity**
Due to the rapid growth of our business, we now have two (2) fantastic opportunities for experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join our friendly team in Newcastle NSW 2284 and Seven Hills NSW 2147.

We have one permanent opportunity, with the second role being on a contract basis for a period of approx. 6 months. This role offers hybrid work arrangements with onsite parking available.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Engage with hiring managers to become a trusted recruitment partner, ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-adding and cost effective
- Coordinate pre-employment checks i.e. reference checks, VEVO checks and medical bookings

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Agency Recruitment role
- Experience recruiting Trades and Engineering roles (highly desirable)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- High level of attention to detail and a passion for offering a quality service
- Experience in the use of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search.
