The CompanyOur Global client, servicing the infrastructure industry, is looking to build an improved procurement structure as their business continues to grow.
The role reports to the Head of Finance and is part of their ongoing expansion across Australia and New Zealand.
The RoleAs the Procurement Business Partner in Sydney, you will lead both the strategy and day-to-day delivery of procurement.
You'll advise senior management on cost-effective purchasing, collaborate with stakeholders, and build compliant, fit-for-purpose frameworks.
This unique role will enable you to be a part of cutting-edge ground improvement solutions in infrastructure and construction Key Responsibilities Establish and embed procurement processes Lead competitive tenders and negotiate supplier agreements Manage and monitor supplier contracts to ensure performance Key Criteria Bachelor Degree in Business or Supply Chain; relevant certifications preferred.
5+ years in procurement, ideally infrastructure/construction with categories like plant hire, subcontractors, and materials.
Software experience - Harmony (Oracle), DEMAT, TopContract and in-house PowerForms/PowerBI initiatives.
Experience with similar ERP/P2P or digital procurement workflows highly advantageous Commercially astute, organised, proactive, and skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management.
