Procurement Business Partner Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic procurement services to the organization, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Internal FMC Stock Ordering: Monitor weekly STO orders and convert them to STR, as well as arrange urgent FMC deliveries to clinics.
  • Forecasting and Goods Receipting: Forecast additional stock changes to STO and coordinate goods receipting of FMC stock, including release of any stock in transit or other incidents that may prevent clinics from goods receipting stock.
  • P76 Maintenance: Maintain shopping cart P76, adding and removing products and vendors as necessary.
  • User Setup and Troubleshooting: Set up, remove, and modify user setups in P76 and P11, as well as troubleshoot resource issues and provide support to FKC users.
  • New Vendor Onboarding: Act as business sponsor for onboarding new vendors and updating existing ones.
  • Procurement Administration: Oversee all procurement in FKC, ensuring line managers and buyers follow established processes and document control.
  • 3PL and Supplier Relationship Management: Manage relationships with 3PL service providers and vendors, ensuring they meet committed KPIs consistently.
  • Logistics Service Escalations: Receive and resolve warehousing and transportation-related complaints and ad-hoc requests from internal team members.
  • Stock Take Coordination: Liaise with FKC clinics to perform stock takes and add batches not listed in clinic stock take.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in cost-saving initiatives and contract negotiation.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication skills.
  • Structured thinking ability and detail-oriented approach.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP system.
