**The Role**
Support our Development Managers in delivering land development projects, coordinating between clients, consultants, and stakeholder to achieve project goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and development partners to coordinate development projects and ensure project outcomes
- Engage with clients post-settlement to resolve any post-construction matters that arise
- Promote Parcel Property and Estates through engagement with builder partners
- Support the development and management of feasibility studies and cash flow models for development projects
- Monitor financial obligations, track milestones and report on project progress as required
- Conduct regular site visits to assess site progress and ensure quality presentation
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, handle pre-and post-sales inquiries, and oversee estate maintenance procurement

- Proficiency in MS Office and EstateMaster
- Strong project planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work autonomously
- Financial and planning skills for feasibility models (desirable)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Planning, or Property (desirable)
