You will work closely with clients and internal teams to build high-quality systems, ensuring smooth project delivery while upholding industry best practices.Your Responsibilities:- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that drive maximum business value.
- Lead the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, security, DevOps, integrations, and analytics.
- Participate in governance groups, providing expertise in solution and technical design.
- Develop high-level technical documentation and oversee low-level design.
- Engage with stakeholders across technical and business teams to embed efficient solution design processes.
- Lead workshops, challenge ideas, and champion agile methodologies.
- Manage customer relationships, keeping clients informed and expectations aligned.
- Mentor and guide Senior Developers and Tech Leads to foster a culture of continuous learning.What We're Looking For- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, preferably with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries)- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, including integrations, DevOps, and security best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and practical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and mentoring others.
