**About the Role**
Join Foxtel Group's Customer Technology business unit, where we're responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions for service, sales, and billing through the Salesforce CRM and Vlocity platform. We're looking for a **Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Technical Lead** to take ownership of the platform, lead a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of stable, scalable technical solutions that drive our business forward.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners, leading the design, development, testing, and support of the Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) platform. You'll be instrumental in shaping our technical strategy, ensuring platform performance, and overseeing day-to-day operations while coaching and supporting your team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) technical solution and BAU operations.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Vlocity solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide technical leadership, managing a team of developers and conducting code reviews.
- Provide Salesforce Application Support for defect fixes and configuration support
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless platform integration.
- Ensure platform compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards while staying updated on Salesforce features.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Vlocity tools (Omniscript, DataRaptor, CPQ, Integration Procedures, Cart APIs).
- Proven leadership in managing development teams and delivering Salesforce projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Salesforce Vlocity Platform Developer certification preferred, with a deep understanding of best practices.
