Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce solutions architect to lead the implementation of CRM projects in the Utilities or Communications industry for a 6 months+ contract role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Vlocity CPQ, EPC and CLM.
  • Utilize Salesforce Industries Interaction Platform tools such as Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedure.
  • Migrate legacy systems/CRM platforms to Salesforce/Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in CX/CRM implementation.
  • Proven track record in implementing Salesforce (SFDC) solutions.
  • At least one full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) in Utilities or Communications Industry.
