**About the Opportunity**

Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking a National Data Assistant to join our high performing team based near Perth Airport.

In this role you will provide ERP data entry services to ensure that the ERP system has current and updated underlying data for operation. You will also provide support services to National Distribution Purchasing and Product Management.

No two days will be the same in this role, where your responsibilities will include:

- Review and update inventory master data settings.
- Prepare and process ERP price book entries.
- Process part number entry requirements in the ERP system.
- Assist Product Management and Questas Marketing in product marketing requirements.
- Work with Product Management to identify suitable items for overseas manufacture and liaise with overseas manufacturers.
- Create Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASNs).
- Assist National Distribution Purchasing with company replenishment assessment and ordering.
- Ensuring that the ERP master data is updated promptly after approval of new values.

**About You**
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel proficiency.
- Ideally, an understanding of engineering principles.
- Experience with ERP LN program (desirable).
- Knowledge of procurement concepts and processes.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Administration, communication and organisational skills.
