Stockroom Associate (40hr) - JD Sports - Waterfall

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide feedback to management regarding stock issues and movements
Drive the ultimate customer experience
Ensure sales targets are met
Manage the receiving and dispatching of stock
Process stock within specified time frames
Facilitate efficient rotation of stock from the stockroom to the sales floor
Ensure neatness and housekeeping standards are maintained
Manage shrinkage in line with company standards
Qualifications:
A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
2 years stockroom experience (Advantageous)
Hospitality background (Advantageous)
Skills:
Customer-centric attitude and approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to direct the stockroom team
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
