About This Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail storeroom, maintaining stock integrity and facilitating the efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Delivery Processing: Receive and process incoming deliveries, verifying accuracy of items and quantities.
  • Machinery Operation: Utilize various machinery such as Pallet Jack, Walkie Stacker, and trolley with ease.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using the Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all stock movement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure store floor and stockroom standards are met at all times.

Your Skills
  • Prior retail storeroom experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate various machinery with confidence.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height on your own & 45kgs with assistance from another team member.
