About the Role
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Unpacking, labeling, and organizing merchandise in an orderly manner;
  • Receiving and processing incoming deliveries, verifying accuracy of items and quantities;
  • Operating machinery such as pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and trolleys;
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock movement using inventory management software;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting customers with pickups of their purchased items;
  • Maintaining store floor and stockroom standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is highly desirable;
  • Customer service skills and ability to work effectively with the team are essential;
  • Ability to operate various machinery with training provided;
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently;
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems;
  • Able to lift up to 15kgs and wear a headset to communicate with the team.
