The Cyber Security Manager will lead the development and implementation of security capabilities across our global organisation, ensuring a strong security posture aligned with compliance and business needs.
So, what's the job?
You'll develop and maintain security solutions aligned with the cyber security strategy.
You'll lead risk assessments and remediation efforts, including third-party and internal reviews.
You'll drive continuous improvement of the organisation's security posture.
You'll implement security controls across people, process, and technology.
You'll provide guidance during security architecture reviews and risk mitigation.
You'll oversee the work of the Security Engineer and Lead.
You'll manage external penetration testing engagements.
You'll mentor and manage security team members.
You'll collaborate with global security and program stakeholders.
You'll build security capabilities within technical teams globally.
You'll foster a strong security culture across the organisation.
You'll communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
You'll support delivery of targeted security awareness programs.
You'll report on security metrics to executive leadership.
You'll build strong relationships across global business units.
And what are we looking for?
You'll have 8+ years of experience across various Cyber Security domains, including Security Operations and Engineering.
You'll bring a strong technical background, preferably in infrastructure.
You'll demonstrate a proven track record in senior roles delivering cyber security initiatives and controls.
You'll have experience implementing controls aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks.
You'll be hands-on with tools like CrowdStrike, Vectra, Proofpoint, and Netskope.
You'll possess a solid understanding of security in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
You'll hold relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISA, CISM).
You'll be a clear communicator, able to convey risks and outcomes to diverse audiences.
You'll have 3+ years of people management experience with high-performing teams.
You'll have a working knowledge of Agile delivery in a cyber security context.
