Working with our marketing team, you'll be the brand's voice across all channels—from content creation and campaigns to social, influencers, and retail activations. If you know how to blend data with creativity and think brand-first in everything you do, this could be your next career move.
- What You'll Be Doing:

- Own the Marketing Calendar - Plan and execute Lacoste campaigns and product drops across all key moments
- Lead Content Shoots - From styling to shoot-day execution, you'll shape content that turns heads
- Run Social Like a Pro - Manage Lacoste's social channels, drive growth, and stay ahead of trends
- Influencer & Partnerships Management - Build a community of creators, manage product seeding, and amplify the Lacoste voice
- Retail & Store Launch Campaigns - Lead local activations, pop-ups, and in-store experiences across AU & NZ
- Creative & Graphics Oversight - Work with designers and printers to ensure every store looks as sharp as the product
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Digital, eComm, CRM, Planning, Retail & Wholesale teams to bring 360° campaigns to life
- What You Bring:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management (fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Proven experience in campaign execution, content creation, and social media strategy
- Exceptional communication skills - you're as comfortable writing a caption as you are briefing an agency
- A sharp eye for design, photography, and content trends
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (a bonus)
- A proactive mindset and a "Make It Happen" attitude
- A passion for premium fashion and street-savvy brand storytelling
