
National Franchise Manager

You will lead the national franchise network through a team of area managers and trainers with access to marketing support, taking ownership of performance and growth while helping shape the future of one of Australia's most respected brands.
As National Franchise Manager, you'll be the strategic leader driving systems, processes and high performance across a dispersed network.
You will implement cutting-edge systems and processes to help franchisees scale, grow revenue and increase profit, with tangible results as performance improves, franchisee satisfaction increases, and new locations come online under your guidance.
What You Will Be Working On Develop and coach Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders who can support franchisees and drive regional results Focus on systems and processes that create repeatability and deliver measurable benefits to franchise owners, staff and customers Develop training programs covering commercial acumen, customer service excellence, and related capabilities Drive system optimization to enhance franchisee skills and enable revenue/profit growth Lead compliance and operational excellence initiatives to ensure brand consistency across locations Collaborate cross-functionally on supply chain optimization and product innovation Why You Will Be Excited About This Role The career-defining moment you've been building towards leading the national franchise network with a legacy brand.

Qualifications Currently in a similar role managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network through a small team; ready to step into a challenging national high-impact role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams Experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools Willingness to travel to support a national network Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support and a genuine interest in helping franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience How to Apply Please click Apply and attach your CV quoting Ref .
