Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to lead the development of technical solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, database concepts, and experience with low-code platforms.

About the Role:

The Technical Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, configuring the platform, integrating it with other systems, and ensuring successful adoption by users.

This role involves a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving, and client communication skills. RPA exposure would be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their specific needs and design appropriate solutions within the platform.
  • Configure work types, forms, workflows, and document templates within the environment.
  • Integrate the platform with other systems like document management systems (DMS) and other relevant business applications.
  • Provide technical support to clients and train their teams on how to effectively use the platform.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for both internal and external users.
  • Contribute to the implementation lifecycle, from initial workshops to go-live and ongoing support.
  • Support sales efforts by demonstrating the capabilities of the platform and potentially creating prototypes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of software development principles, database concepts, and experience with low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with legal workflows, processes, and terminology is highly beneficial.
  • If you have exposure with RPA technologies, this would be useful.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Experience managing the implementation of software solutions.
